• Bottom with Dished end and outlet ( provided with valve - Zero dead-leg - diaphragm valve - butterfly valve ).

• The shell and the bottom of the tank are insulated with insulation material ( glass wool ) thickness 50 mm density 24 with aluminum cover.

The tank is double wall for preparation and transfer product to keep the temperature for filling processes and self heating with heating elements and used for Pharmaceuticals , suppository, syrup & suspension ... etc transfer or preparation

Cleaning procedure

• Recovery of product residues by scraping, drainage and expulsion with water
• Pre-cleaning with ( P.W ) purified water to remove the left product.
• Cleaning with suitable detergent for product
• Cleaning left detergent with ( P.W ) purified water
• Cleaning with ( W.F.I ) water for injection
• sterilization in place ( S.I.P ) by pure steam.

W.F.I ( water for injection )line.

Water for Injection Systems comprise of W.F.I is the water for sterile preparations that must satisfy the highest specifications defined by various Pharmacopoeias. Quality acceptance includes complying to physical, chemical, microbiological and pyrogen limits. W.F.I should therefore be produced by a totally reliable and reproducible method. The equipment used for producing, storing and distributing WFI should be of sanitary construction, should have high degree of surface finish and should not have any dead ends or stagnant areas.

Based on raw water analysis, Pharma Steel will design the pre-treatment system to provide water suitable for distillation and Pure Steam production
